Refund policy

We gladly accept exchanges, cancellations and limited returns.


Exchanges:
Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Item(s) may need to be shipped back to receive a return or exchange.  To initiate either please send an email to: orders@makeitpopshoppe.com

Order Cancellations:
Cancellation requests need to be received within 24 hours of purchase or confirmed by Jill DeCelle, the owner of Make It Pop Shoppe.  If Cancellation is received after orders have been started, a 50% cancellation fee will be deducted from the order total before funds are refunded. Example: Total cost of item is $24.99, $6.25 will be deducted from the refund to cover materials and time lost. Thank you for your understanding.

Due to the custom nature of our products (excluding: shop cutters and stencils) we don't accept returns, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order so we can try to make it right!

The following items can't be returned or exchanged --because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Custom or personalized orders - unless specifically approved in writing (email, shop chat, etc.) by Jill DeCelle, owner and operator of Make It Pop Shoppe.
  • Digital downloads
  • Items on sale

Conditions of return:
The responsibility of the shipping costs for returned items will be the responsibility of the buyer if deemed so on a per case basis. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
